What you must know about safety

According to the law in force

volets roulants Since January 1, 2004, this law imposes to the owners of swimming pools of full air, buried or partially buried, nonclosed, privative, of use individual or collective to be equipped with a standardized safety device at the latest for the setting in water or if the work of installation of the safety device requires a setting in preliminary water, at the latest with the completion of work of the swimming pool.

In the case of a swimming pool built and setting in water before January 1, 2004 the owner must make safe it before January 1, 2006.

Since May 1, 2004, the owners of swimming pools of dwellings given in seasonal hiring must provide themselves with a safety device for the standards.

Safety is also a question of VIGILANCE and of COMMON SENSE

Whatever your choice is, always have in mind that the vigilance of the parents must be constant.
That it is advised to regularly ensure yourself of the correct operation of the safety device.
Certain devices set up before the law can be unsuited, make sure to check if your product is to the standards.
