Mondial Piscine’s swimming pool construction process
Mondial Piscine uses for the setting of its swimming pools, form panels (of 1m of width by 1.2m or 1.6m of height) injected on a press of 1800 tons and made up with composite plastic in polypropylene materials for a weight of 14 kg.
They are conceived to receive the concrete and are tested to guarantee the resistance of your work, as well as the deformations due to the gel or to the movements of ground.
The fact that we deposited a patent on the Mondial concept, associating the techniques of the plastic transformations with a traditional material like the concrete, makes it possible to obtain the realization of swimming pools "all reinforced concrete".
Another interest is obtaining a perfectly impeccable wall after the filling of the concrete allowing the direct installation of sealing PVC without any intervention of preparation of the walls.
Our process integrates many shapes of staircases (roman, right, trapezoid, oblique..) declined in various sizes and casted directly at the same time as the entire swimming pool.
Thus the work consists of a homogeneous and indeformable cast solid unit.
The staircase will be covered with a liner ensuring a total homogeneity of the colours of the swimming pool.
